Inside the studio
VALART works from a north-facing studio, shooting on medium format film and digital in equal measure. Every frame is developed by hand and graded in a single sitting.
Sessions begin with a private consultation. We discuss light, wardrobe and intention before a single exposure is made — the photograph is the last step, never the first.
